Steps to follow when sending your news:

• email your news release in either a .doc or .pdf attachment.
• Leave the body of the email blank
• Be sure that your signature is turned off if it includes html

Verbatim dissemination:

Stockwatch will disseminate your news, verbatim, at 40 cents per word. Verbatim dissemination goes out with links and contact info, with no style changes. Please note that verbatim dissemination will still be issued with a Stockwatch-written headline and summary. Everything else remains unchanged.
